On September 11, 2001 there was an attack on US. Now we are talking war. Countries are talking back & forth, agreeing, disagreeing. Why can't we just get along and each country take care of its own problems. Why do countries want to destroy other countries. We are all in the same universe. We are human beings supposedly intelligent human beings and yet for some unknown reason we are destroying each other. Greed, Hate, Jealousy. What ever happened to Love One Another? and Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You? Each country may have different traditions and different religions, but they are really one in the same. We believe in something. Is this what it teaches us? To go destroy our neighbor? I don't think so.

Today we need to take time to pray. It doesn't matter what religion or faith you are or what language you speak. But we need to ask the one who we go to in prayer for guidance and for world peace.

            We need to Pray for World Peace

The measure of our love for God
Extends beyond our prayers,
It then goes out to all mankind
And all life's thoroughfares.

Love is kindness to a neighbor
Who needs what we can share
And the love with which it's rendered
Tells God how much we care.

Friend, it is unto God, Himself
We do each lowly task
Regardless of what guise God wears
Or what may be His mask.

"Whatever you do to others
You do it unto Me"
Gives golden opportunities
To serve God we cannot see.
