Looking for a pet?

Why not adopt from a shelter?

Unless you want a show dog, you don't need a purebred

for a pet. A mixed breed will give you as much love and

devotion as a purebred.

So--------- what if its half and half, a mix or even a

Heinz 57-------!!!!!!

Let me tell you from experience - A family pet is a gift

that no matter what the size, breed, or color will give you

years of love, devotion, and memories that will last a

LIFETIME!!!!!

And a shelter animal will give it more than any you can find.

WHY??

They are babies that were abused, abandoned or that no one

wanted. And they will give you back more love than you

could ever dream of.

When you rescue a pet from a shelter (not only does it make

you feel good) but you have saved an animal's life.

You have given it a second chance in life.

And Maybe you may have saved it's life.

It will repay you a thousand times over.

And when it comes time to say good-bye and for

the baby to go to the Rainbow Bridge,

you will know just how lucky you were when

you adopted him or her from a shelter and

gave them that second chance.

 

If you have to have a purebred- check a shelter.

They have them also- not as often but they do get them.

DON"T go to a Puppy Mill.

You will be making the biggest mistake of your life.

And by getting one there you are subjecting a poor animal

to more abuse so they can have more to sell.

 

There is something special about a rescued animal

that makes them so devoted and bonded that

cannot be put into words.

 

Please - consider for your next pet - a shelter pet.
