If only for a little while, I could touch each one again

To feel your little noses against my tender skin.

It seems like yesterday , but I know how long it's been

Since I held eah one of you and stroked your presious skin.

I'd kiss your little noses and you'd return the same.

Oh what Id give - if only one more time,

I could kiss your nose and you would do the same.

I loved you all so very much, my life is not the same.

I miss the footprints on the floor ,

The bark at someone at the door.

I would give a million tears to feel your nudge once more

Or see your precious faces when I'd walk in the door.

When you were called up in the sky,

I thought that I would die.

Each one of you held a part of my heart

And now its torn apart.

I had you for so many years, but time slipped by so fast

And now all that I have are memories from the past.
