It was Christmas Eve. Just two nights after my Chifie went to the Bridge. I was trying to add to his web page and I was praying to God to help me. When I looked over where I have my babies ashes and there is an Angel with chimes hanging there. I will always remember the part of the movie A Wonderful Life where a bell rings on the tree & they say "When a bell rings, an Angel gets it's wings."

Well I ask God if it wasn't to much trouble could he let them just jingle so I would know Mischif got his wings.

It was midnight and Christmas Eve was over and they didn't jingle. I was a little sad and I started to explain to God that I gave Him an angel and that he was so devoted and to tell him what a wonderful pet he was and how perfect and I really hoped that he would make him an angel but that it was up to him.

I continued working on my site. And about an hour later- my one baby wanted out. So I went to the back door and opened it and all of a sudden the bells from the church on the hill started to ring like I never heard them ring before.

You may say it was coincidence but let me tell you - I know better. The feeling that came over me & I could not hold the tears. It was like God was right there. I cannot explain it. I just looked up and said, " Thank you God- Chifie got his wings." There was such a heavenly atmosphere in the air I will never be able to put in words. But I know it was my answer to prayer.

You see I am a little deaf when it comes to hearing God and he has to hit me with a brick so I guess he wanted to make sure I had no doubts and believe me I got the message loud and clear.
