Are the Amish Patriotic???

 

They refuse to fly the flag !!!!!

 

 

They don't Pledge Allegiance

             to the flag in the schools!!! 


                 They don't even stand when we Pledge allegiance to the Flag


                 

               The song that's playing- It's the National Anthem


            They don't sing it!!!!!!!!!!!

         


                Our young people in our Armed Forces are risking their lives
fighting for our freedom & theirs (the Amish) .


            Consider this also.

                           When the Armed Forces drafted young American males
                years ago
                       the Amish and Mennonites where exempt from this!!


           These Amish are probably not even paying taxes on all
             the animals they are producing under horrible conditions
                 But the rest of us as US citizens are paying our share.

           

Furthermore



          Their Bible is the same as mine

            ( I ask an Amish person - about it.)
                (If it was the same -  it is but in German instead of English)

Mine says- 

All animals belong to God (Psalm 24:1).

God cares for the animals (1 John 4:16).

Yet they use their Bible to say
It is contrary to their interpretation of the Bible
 and is viewed by them as a form of idolatry  to
pledge of allegiance or fly our flag.


         This is Patriotism????????


        Why would anyone want to tour the Amish Country

         or buy their goods knowing these facts??


               As a citizen of the United States of America
            I would never support their cause - Would YOU??
