My name is Savannah and I am a German Shepherd Lab mix.

My mom rescued me from the same shelter that Scruffy came from. Franklin Co NC

I was to be gassed and she just couldn't let that happen. So off I came to PA. (The next week the did away with that chamber. YES!!!!!!

Anyway I was to have a foster home when I got here but it fell through and so I am here with her. I am up for adoption if your interested.

I am 11 mo old female. UTD on shots and she had me spayed when I got here. Sooo - I am ready to go.

I LOVE people

I like to jump up & put my paws around your neck & hug you. Mom is trying to teach me to stay down as not everyone wants a big hug. I am doing pretty good.

I am housebroke and such a sweet baby. I would be a Great family companion.

I only have a couple issues- I am rather possessive of my cage. I don't like other dogs coming in ( except Scruffy- he's my buddy) and Mom well she's welcome in there anytime. Yep she tried it & I said OK!!

Scruffy & I play all day & boy can we have a ball.

I think I may be OK with cats as I am the only one who don't bark at the neighbor cat- I just look at it as walk away from the fence.

Mom has a big cage for me & I also go in a crate without a problem. Actually I like having a cage. I go in there when I want to lay down. Mom says that's good as she cages me when she goes away as that's my other issue. I am a puppy yet & so I love to chew. Like bed pillows & rugs & blankets. But I am getting alot better than I was.

 

I weigh 65 lb so I will be a big girl. But then that's alot of love you would get.

Well that's about it- Mom says whoever gets me will be one lucky family as I am a total sweetheart.

PS: Did I mention my other playmate is a 20 lb lassa. I am careful with him though as he is little.
